At ListenUp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your electronics in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your ListenUp account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
